Harley Davidson Panhead Chopper VS Binter Merzy
This 1950 Panhead is an example of just that. Breaker Dragich first picked up this bike in January of 1980, trading in a '47 Knuckle for it. While the bike was a hideous blue color with a narrow glide frontend, it was mechanically sound, which was the important thing. "I had a '57 Panhead for nine years prior to this one, and was very happy with the look, sound, and (when set up properly) the reliability," he said. As a new member of the Invaders Motorcycle Club, he did quite a lot of traveling on his bikes from the late '70s to the mid-'80s, and liked the solid reliability of the Pan enough to make it his regular road bike.Or

As motorcycle stunts and tricks have become a popular part of motorcycle culture, some riders have taken to modifying their vehicles to improve their capabilities. These additional parts do not necessarily change the everyday operation of the bike, but can be warning signs of amateur stunt riders. However, if these parts are not installed correctly, they could prove dangerous to everyone on the road.Among the most popular tricks that many riders may try are the wheelie, the stoppie, and the burnout. These three tricks can then branch out from the basic maneuvers into more extreme, often more dangerous variants done for even greater showmanship and difficulty.
For an example of how motorcycle part modifications evolve, consider a peculiar variant of the wheelie known as the 12 O'Clock, which features the rider propping the bike at an extremely sharp angle. For additional tricks on handle bars, extending the length of a 12 O'Clock is necessary. This in turn leads to increased stunt modifications known as 12 O'Clock bars or, more simply, 12 bars.

Motor Bikes - The Art of Crashing
The bike was delivered to my place and I drove the neighbours crazy by going slowly round the block 50 times doing left hand corners and then another 50 times slowly doing right hand corners. I had the bike a couple of years and ended up driving it like a lunatic. I think I managed to go faster on this bike than any other - 150mph down a small B road - this wasn't a sensible place to do that speed but I figured I could see all the junctions so why not. Inevitably I managed to have 5 major spills on the bike and, though it was built tough, eventually I had to say it was the end.
It was the back tyre that caught my eye, for those days it was huge. I asked for a test drive and, not being stupid, they wouldn't let me drive and instead put me on the back with one of the garage hands driving. I was hooked the moment it started up. I'd say the bike was 3 times heavier than my last bike, 10 times more powerfull and about 3 or 4 times faster. I believe the exact same model was raced in some transatlantic race the previous year and won - maybe it wasn't the best progression from my trusty learner bike.
I filled the insurance form (a non fault accident for once) and everything seemed to be progressing fine. Then we moved house and things were left. A year later I passed the house and saw the wreckage sitting outside my old house and thought it would be best to finish the claim ! I rang the insurance and they said no problem, just have the bike brought in and they'd pay. I went back at the weekend and found the bike had gone! and of course it was no longer insured now.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 shine on Monterey
This image below speaksfor all. All you really need to know is that this isn't Dubai, Russia or even Germany – it's right here in Monterey for classic car week. You can probably identify the Mercedes-Benz inside that shiny wrapper on your own, but just in case you've recently taken an amnesia-inducing blow to the head, it's the Monterey SLS AMG GT3 – the race version of the company's new gullwing sports car. There's something to be said for having a mirror with you wherever you go, but this is a bit extreme. No matter, we think it looks amazing, even if it is just a wrap and not a polished car that's been stripped of its white paint to shed precious ounces before a race. Finished in stately silver over black coachwork with a contrasting three-position cabriolet hood, the striking exterior is complimented by a luxurious green leather bench seat in the front and sideways seat in the rear, whilst an elegant wooden dashboard houses period black Jaeger instruments.
The car will be on display at the Brooklands Museum until the sale. For more information, or to attend the Historics at Brooklands auction on the afternoon of December 4th
